Dalandan (kg)

Besides a dalandan juice, you can also use dalandan as a marinade for your meats or in a dressing for your salads.

Dalandan is Citrus aurantium while Dalanghita is Citrus nobilis. They look similar but the Dalanghita is a mandarin orange and the Dalandan is a sour orange. Dalanghita is smaller and has a smooth peeling, while the Dalandan is often bigger with pores in the peeling.
