Product Description

Seafood Mushrooms are traditionally used for soup but can also be used for salad and other dishes. They have a crispy texture after being cooked.

  • Preparation:
    • Cut off the base of the cluster
    • Gently separate the individual mushrooms
    • Rinse briefly if needed, but they're usually clean
       
  • Cooking methods:
    • Raw: Can be eaten raw in salads or as a garnish
    • Stir-frying: Add at the end of cooking for 1-2 minutes
    • Sautéing: Quick cook in oil or butter for 2-3 minutes
    • Simmering: Add to soups or hot pots in the last few minutes of cooking
    • Steaming: Steam for 2-3 minutes
    • Grilling: Wrap in foil with seasonings and grill for 5-7 minutes
       
  • Flavor pairings:
    • Asian seasonings: soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil
