Ripe Langka or Jack Fruit can be stored in a zip-lock bag in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If you want to store it longer, first freeze the parts on a baking tray for 1 to 2 hours, and then put the frozen parts in a zip-lock bag in your freezer. 

This way you can keep ripe Langka for up to 2 months.
